Procore, a provider of cloud-based construction management software, has appointed of Perry Wallack, co-founder of Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD), to its board of directors, the company said.
Wallack, who recently retired from his role as Cornerstone´s chief financial officer, held the position for over 16 years since the company´s inception in 1999. Wallack also serves on the boards of TigerText and Kareo.
He brings 24 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax and operations to Procore´s board. During his time with Cornerstone, he led the company´s financial and accounting operations. While serving as chief financial officer, the company experienced compound annual revenue growth of 50 percent since the company´s initial public offering in 2011.
Procore is offers construction project management software that helps construction firms simplify the construction process with a platform that offers unlimited user licenses and user-centric product development.
