Global performance improvement solutions provider GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE: GPX) has completed acquisition of Maverick Solutions, a provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) product training services, the company said.
Maverick will operate as part of GP Strategies´ Performance Readiness Solutions segment effective as of October 1, 2016.
Headquartered in Wake Forest, North Carolina since 1999, Maverick Solutions offers training for both on-premise and Cloud-based Oracle ERP and Business Intelligence systems.
