Supply chain solutions provider Teleplan International NV has appointed Michael Smith as president of its North America region, boosting Teleplan´s executive leadership team, the company said.
Smith will focus on strengthening and growing Teleplan´s regional presence through the management of regional and global customer relationships and the continued development of operational excellence.
Teleplan´s North American region encompasses service center locations in Dallas, Harrisburg, Roseville, Mexicali (Mexico), Reynosa (Mexico) and Sao Paulo (Brazil). Customers such as Arris, AT&T, Cisco, HP and SquareTrade rely on Teleplan´s supply chain solutions.
Teleplan provides lifecycle care for after-market service, operating in the areas of computers, communications and consumer electronics. Headquartered in Amsterdam/Schiphol, the Netherlands, Teleplan´s service centers have a global reach of over 95 countries and employ over 5000 people.
