Reuters reported this week that the Reveille Resources EIA submission for the Val Vedello uranium prospect in Lombardy has moved the company closer to an exploration licence, with Italian authorities expected to complete their review in six to nine months. The snippet had stated only a nine-month upper bound; Reuters reported the fuller range of six to nine months.
Reveille Resources EIA Submission: Six to Nine Months to Decision
Reveille Resources (LON: REV) filed the Environmental Impact Assessment for Val Vedello, its second uranium project in northern Italy. The site lies near the city of Sondrio and forms part of what Reveille describes as Italy’s largest historical uranium deposits, according to Reuters.
The Novazza EIA was submitted in April, and authorities have already visited that site. Both licence applications are held through Reveille’s Italian subsidiary, Futuro Energetico Italiano Srl, per the company’s Aquis admission document. Uranium mineralisation in north-west Italy was first identified in 1912, with a more concerted exploration effort beginning in 1957 under AGIP Nucleare.
Executive Director Ippolito Ingo Cattaneo said the company is focused on ‘advancing the Novazza and Val Vedello exploration licence applications through the Environmental Impact Assessment (VIA) process’ and that Italy is actively reconsidering the role of nuclear energy in its future energy mix, according to Morningstar/Alliance News at IPO. Reveille raised £2 million at that IPO on the Aquis Growth Market.
REV shares fell 30.4% to 8p during the week. The stock had more than doubled in its first week of trading from a 5p issue price, and profit-taking drove the pullback.
B HODL Buyback Lifts Share Price 13.5%
Bitcoin investor B HODL (LON: HODL) bought back nearly 800,000 shares across the week at prices between 4.57p and 4.8p per share. The share price recovered 13.5% to 5.25p.
The buyback programme launched on 8 July 2026, according to a London Stock Exchange announcement. On 10 July alone, the company purchased 627,900 ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 4.57 pence, per an Investegate RNS. Shares purchased under the programme will be cancelled.
Following cancellations, B HODL’s total issued share count stands at 139,794,691 ordinary shares, per a further London Stock Exchange notice.
Incanthera Completes énielle Acquisition, Overhauls Board
Skin treatments developer Incanthera (LON: INC) completed the acquisition of énielle assets on 13 July 2026, per the company’s RNS announcement. Integration with its existing Skin+CELL platform is under way, with both ranges to be promoted as a single ‘protect + repair’ routine.
Laura Brogden joined the board as Executive Chief Financial Officer, bringing 20 years’ experience heading finance functions for SMEs, according to Incanthera’s board page. Werner Bürki, a former Swiss stock exchange chief executive, was appointed non-executive director, and Caroline Murray will become chair, according to Proactive Investors.
The company is targeting a reduction in cash compensation of at least 50%, with board members paid mainly via options until profitability is reached. CEO Stuart Robertson described the changes as the first stage of reorganising Incanthera into ‘a far leaner and more focused sales and stakeholder-centric global business’, Proactive Investors reported. INC shares fell 22.9% to 1.35p.
Other Movers
Delta Gold Technologies (LON: DGQ) said sponsored research at Pennsylvania State University has filed three patents confirming that gold nanoclusters are a genuinely distinct class of quantum material, with applications in computation, sensing, and communication. Patent applications from the University of Toronto are expected in 2027. DGQ shares fell 15.2% to 140p.
Ian Bagnall took a 3.21% stake in Ormonde Mining (LON: ORM). The share price dropped 9.09% to 0.25p.
Ethry (LON: ETHY) said it is refocusing from standalone battery storage to solar-led developments following grid connection reforms. Three solar sites are in development. Ethry has signed a non-disclosure agreement for a US data centre project and is in discussions with a second UK data centre provider. Quantum computing will no longer form part of its strategy. ETHY shares slipped 5.13% to 0.185p.
For Reveille, the next binary event is the outcome of the Novazza EIA review, which is already under authority assessment following the April submission and site visit.
