Converge Technology Partners, Inc. and Key Information Systems, Inc. has announced that Converge has acquired KeyInfo, the company said.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition gives both companies expanded service offerings and growth opportunities, as well as provides Converge a strong footprint within the Western United States. KeyInfo provides a mature managed hybrid cloud business. Through its partners, KeyInfo manages vast quantities of customer data, particularly in its unstructured form, via its Object Storage as a Service (STaaS) offering.
