Zhuji Fengfan Piping Co., Ltd. — which trades internationally as Ifanplus — has been making pipes in Zhejiang Province since 1993. Three decades and 600 workers later, the company has announced OEM and ODM services for international partners, opening its 100,000 square-metre production facility to clients who need pipe products built to their own specifications.
The announcement formalises what the company describes as a guided process rather than a catalogue sale. When Ifanplus takes on a new international partner, it starts by gathering project-specific information — building structures, application requirements, environmental conditions — before estimating material quantities. Pipes, valve components, and fittings all get counted in advance. The company positions that upfront calculation as a waste-reduction measure, cutting overordering and installation errors before production begins.
The product range covers PPR pipes, PVC piping, pex composite pipes, and brass valves. Those products reach domestic water supply systems, municipal infrastructure, chemical plants, and petroleum operations. Zhuji City’s location within the Yangtze River Delta High-Tech Industrial Park gives the facility direct access to nearby ports and airports, with finished goods moving by sea, air, and road freight to customers across Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.
Fifty of the company’s 600 staff work specifically in research and technical development. That division handles material behaviour analysis and product customisation — the part of OEM and ODM work that determines whether a client’s specification is achievable before any tooling begins. The company also runs training programmes for business partners, covering product knowledge and application guidance.
Ifanplus received its official establishment in 2001, eight years after operations began. The gap matters: the company spent those early years building production capacity before formalising its structure. Since 2001, it has expanded its export base and added product lines, though the core manufacturing focus — plastic pipes and brass fittings — has remained consistent.
The company describes its operating philosophy as “only starting point, no end” — a formulation that, translated from its original context, suggests a continuous improvement commitment rather than a fixed endpoint. Whether that translates into measurable quality outcomes is something international partners would need to assess through direct engagement.
Ifanplus is based at the Yangtze River Delta High-Tech Industrial Park, Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, China.
