The Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) and the Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica (COFECE) have approved AT&T´s (NYSE: T) pending acquisition of Time Warner Inc, the company said.
AT&T and Time Warner continue to expect to close the deal by year-end 2017.
