Boxed Wholesale has appointed Naeem Ishaq as chief financial officer (CFO) to oversee all aspects of Boxed´s financial operations including budgeting, planning and investor relations activities, the company said.
Prior to joining Boxed, Ishaq was head of finance, strategy, and risk at Square, the mobile-based financial services company.
Ishaq also worked at Intel Corporation where he held several operational finance and strategic planning roles, and was the senior director of finance & strategy at Salesforce.com where he led the company´s long range planning, supported all significant M&A activity, and headed finance and strategy activities for Salesforce.com´s acquired standalone businesses like Heroku and Radian6.
