Baltia Air Lines, Inc. (OTC: BLTA) said that on February 2, 2016, the company´s board of directors met and appointed Barry Clare as Executive Vice President.
Clare has been with the company nearly 10 years.
The board also appointed Anthony D. Koulouris as interim Chief Financial Officer.
Koulouris had served as Vice President, Marketing since 2011. Prior to joining Baltia, he had 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, business management and corporate finance.
Baltia Air Lines is a development stage company that provides scheduled air transportation from the United States to Russia, and former Soviet Union countries. Baltia is in Phase III of the FAA Air Carrier Certification. It has passenger service and ground service arrangements at JFK and at Pulkovo II Airport in St. Petersburg.
