Amelia Clark finished 2025 with two national accolades. A 2025 High School All-American selection and a Second Team All-ECNL honour from the Elite Clubs National League. She has not yet played a college match. That comes next year: a Class of 2026 NCAA Division I commitment to the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). In the meantime, the Austin-based midfielder is pursuing Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) partnerships ahead of her collegiate debut.
Clark currently plays for Sting Austin ECNL, one of Texas’s most established youth clubs competing at the national level. As an attacking midfielder, she draws attention for vision and ball control rather than volume statistics alone. The ability to shift tempo, find space in tight situations, and influence matches that have not yet opened up. The All-ECNL recognition measures exactly that. Consistent performance against the best youth players in the country, week after week.
At Lake Travis High School, Clark has built an equally strong scholastic record. Multiple all-district and all-state selections reflect the same consistency — she performs when the standard rises, not just against comfortable opposition.
Still, the UTSA commitment marks a significant next step. UTSA’s women’s programme competes in the Western Athletic Conference, and Clark enters as a nationally recognised recruit with two years of elite club competition behind her before her first season begins. Yet that window — between commitment and enrolment — now carries real commercial value under the NCAA’s NIL framework.
Clark seeks partnerships with sports apparel and footwear brands, training and recovery companies, health and wellness organisations, and fitness and lifestyle brands. NIL collaborations on the table include social media content, branded campaigns, event appearances, and youth soccer clinics. For brands targeting a young, sports-engaged Austin audience, Clark offers two distinct communities. The local Lake Travis following and the broader ECNL and college soccer network.
