Board of directors of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) has declared a quarterly dividend of USD0.90 per share on Northrop Grumman common stock, the company said.
The dividend is payable Sept. 14, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business Aug. 29, 2016.
Northrop Grumman is a global security company providing innovative systems, products and solutions in autonomous systems, cyber, C4ISR, strike, and logistics and modernization to customers worldwide.
