Cold Mountain Capital, LLC, a private equity firm focused on aerospace and defense lower-middle market manufacturing and technical service businesses, has appointed Anthony “Tony” Bergen, CPA, as chief financial officer, the company said.
Bergen has more than 35 years professional experience in both financial and operational roles, including interim president, chief financial officer, and corporate controller. Before Cold Mountain Capital, Bergen spent several years working for Cold Mountain´s sister company, Stony Point Group, Inc.
