Checkout.com has reached $750m in annualised net revenue on a trailing 12-month basis, up 28% year-on-year, the company said on 29 September.
The London-headquartered payments platform said it expects to report Adjusted EBITDA of around $150m for the full year 2026, while maintaining profitability. It turned profitable in 2024 and has sustained that position through 2025 and into 2026 with expanding margins, according to the company.
Checkout.com said it expects total payment volume at group level to reach $480bn for the full year. It serves more than 1,700 enterprise merchants and operates in 56 countries, holding ten acquiring licences.
The United States was highlighted as the company’s fastest-growing region, with processing volumes up more than 120% year to date. The US now accounts for 20% of payment volumes, up from 15% the year before. The company said it is operational with a merchant acquirer limited purpose bank (MALPB) charter that enables direct acquiring in the US.
Checkout.com pointed to recent partnerships with Microsoft, Spotify and Best Buy. It employs 2,300 people worldwide.
Antoine Nougué, chief revenue officer at Checkout.com, said: “Reaching $750 million in annualised net revenue is a meaningful milestone, but it is not the finish line. It is the result of staying close to our core: solving the hardest payment problems for the world’s most ambitious merchants and compounding what we learn. Our return to sustained profitability gives us the freedom to invest with conviction through the next decade. AI is at the heart of that investment and our purpose is simple: to help merchants generate more revenue and stay ahead.”
