iconectiv has named Mark Pugerude as executive vice president of corporate business development and strategy, leading iconectiv´s growth strategy to meet market demand for the universal and secure exchange of information, the company said.
In his new role, he will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing M&A opportunities.
Pugerude has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, corporate development and corporate finance, most recently at GENBAND where he served as president of global sales, executive vice president of business development, chief marketing officer and chief strategy officer.
iconectiv´s provides interconnection, data infrastructure, and messaging solutions to the telecommunications industry.
