Centricient has closed a USD6.5 million round of financing led by Venrock and followed by Next Frontier Capital, the company said.
The company said Nick Beim of Venrock will join the company´s board. The company has released Centricient Messaging and a partnership with Helix Business Solutions, an Oracle service cloud solutions integrator.
Centricient Messaging is designed for enterprise customer service, offering features that include a UI optimized to handle simultaneous conversations, agent coaches, real-time monitoring for managers, performance metrics and contact center capabilities such as queuing, routing, transfer and collaboration.
Centricient Messaging is an enterprise-grade solution to connect companies and customers via text messaging and integrates with existing customer service systems, including Oracle service cloud, Salesforce and Zendesk.
