Notably, James Cole, founder and managing director of Panache Cruises, received the Peter Grant Contribution to Cruise Award. This recognition was particularly heartfelt as Cole had personal ties with Peter Grant, having met him alongside Chris Pitchford during the formative years of World of Cruising.
Lynn Narraway, the vice-president of Seabourn UK & Europe, expressed immense gratitude and pride as she accepted the Women in Cruise Award. According to Chief Operating Officer Katie Wilson, this award held immense value as it was decided by the customers themselves, which she reiterated was the main reason they continue their work. It reflects the trust and satisfaction their services have garnered from their clientele.
Cunard, a name synonymous with luxury, was awarded Favourite Luxury or Premium Cruise Line and Best for Wellness and Enrichment. Angus Struthers, vice-president of global marketing and EMEA sales, expressed his delight at the recognition. A notable moment for Unforgettable Croatia was their recognition as Best Specialist Cruise Line. Graham Carter, the Chief Commercial Officer, expressed his honour at the award. As a luxury small ship cruise corporation, the accolade was a recognition of their hard work and dedication since their establishment in 2016, highlighting their standing amongst leading cruise lines.
