Direct selling company Stream chairman Rob Snyder has stepped down after 13 years as chairman, the company said.
Stream´s board of directors has named current board member Mark “Bouncer” Schiro to succeed Snyder as non-executive chairman.
Snyder, who together with Pierre Koshakji co-founded Stream during 2004, will remain a non-executive board member as part of this planned transition as well as its largest equity holder.
