Partner One Capital has announced the completion of the acquisition of SL Corporation, a San Francisco Bay Area-based software firm, to expand position in middleware, visualization and diagnostics, the company said.
The SL Graphical Modeling System (SL-GMS) builds real-time control systems for use in high-end process control, network management, and command and control systems, including NASA´s Shuttle Launch Control and Space Station Systems.
SL´s current flagship product, RTView, which monitors business applications in real-time, has become the leading solution to prevent outages and reduce downtime and is considered best-in-breed for platforms such as TIBCO, Solace, Kafka and IBM.
