Avanade has begun a new chapter in its strategic relationship with Citrix, in which they will use key tools and assets from Avanade´s transformation and managed services business to integrate Citrix desktop and application virtualization products with Microsoft Azure and Windows 10, the company said.
Immediate client benefits will include the ability to deliver secure, flexible and scalable virtualized desktops at speed.
Avanade and Citrix have in the past worked together on client desktop and application virtualization solutions. As part of this collaboration, Avanade and Citrix will continue to make investments in tooling, training and capability development to provide not only a secure modern platform in the cloud but also allow for increased mobile productivity and employee engagement.
