The company, known for its diverse retail offerings, acquired the 600,000-square-foot Princesshay Shopping Centre located in Exeter from the US-based asset manager Nuveen, and the Crown Estate, firmly establishing itself in this major retail hub.
Further strengthening its position, Frasers Group has also added to its portfolio the Fremlin Walk Shopping Centre in Kent. This site will soon host a 70,000-square-foot Frasers flagship store, in addition to a 5,000-square-foot Flannels store, both expected to commence operations by this autumn. This development showcases Frasers’ intention to deliver expansive and premium retail experiences.
The acquisitions further include the Olympus Centre retail park in Gloucester’s Quedgeley, spanning 65,000 square feet. These strategic purchases underline Frasers Group’s commitment to both growing and enhancing its physical retail footprint across the country.
