WestJet today has reported the October 2016 was 79.7 percent, an increase of 2.6 points over October 2015, the company said.
The company said revenue passenger miles (RPMs), or traffic, increased 18.7 per cent year over year, and capacity, measured in available seat miles (ASMs), grew 14.8 per cent over the same period. The airline flew a record 1.8 million guests in October, a year-over-year increase of 14.2 per cent or approximately 226,000 additional guests.
WestJet offers scheduled service to more than 100 destinations in North America, Central America, the Caribbean and Europe. Through its regional airline, WestJet Encore, and with partnerships with other airlines, WestJet offers more than 150 destinations in more than 20 countries.
