Virgin America, Inc. (NASDAQ: VA) has reported 1.011 billion in revenue passenger miles (RPMs) in September 2016, compared to 814 billion in September 2015, an increase of 24.2 percent in air traffic, the company said.
The company reported available seat miles (ASMs) in September 2016 of 1.200 billion compared with 1.043 billion in September 2015, an increase of 15.1 percent.
Load factor was 84.2 percent, an increase of 6.1 points from September 2015. The number of onboard passengers increased 19.7 percent from the same month last year.
