Perfect Pet Vet Assist and NOW Pet Vet Assist is a triage system developed with customers (and their pets) in mind. The service offers customers 24/7 phone access to expert veterinary advice and support. And the plan is to extend the service to also include live chat and video consultation support.
Managing Director at Tedaisy, Natalie Surtees believes this innovative pet triage service will benefit all pet policyholders.
