Routehappy has partnered with Skyscanner, giving access to product differences between flights, basic amenities and airline-provided UTAs & UPAs, the company said.
The integration will allow Skyscanner app users in a number of markets to see and compare amenities by flight and cabin.
Routehappy´s flight scores measure aircraft, seat, layout, amenities and relative duration. Routehappy´s flight amenities help flyers understand key differences between flights, including aircraft, seat, layout, entertainment, wi-fi and fresh food.
Skyscanner will have access to the Routehappy Hub API, from which it can integrate standardized content provided by airlines, in the form of UTAs (universal ticket attributes) and UPAs (universal product attributes). Routehappy Skyscanner pilot follows recent Routehappy adoption announcements by United Airlines, Sabre Corporation, Delta Air Lines, Farelogix and Travix.
Routehappy powers merchandising content for flight shopping, helping airlines and distributors differentiate and better monetize their products. Routehappy hub is an SaaS platform that helps airlines create, manage and deliver targeted ticket and product attribute content, in standardized formats UTA and UPA wherever flights are displayed.
