Romania flagship air carrier Tarom airline has announced plans to operate flight service from Bucharest to Yerevan in Armenia, the company said.
Tarom said the direct flight service is expected to develop and expand trade and economic relations, including tourism, between the two countries.
Transporturile Aeriene Române (TAROM) or Romanian Air Transport is the national airline, the largest and oldest airline in Romania, based at Henri Coanda International Airport in Otopeni. The Romanian government owns 95% of TAROM.
