Microlise has announced the signing of new and expanded contracts with prominent UK companies, Goldstar, One Stop, and Romac, collectively valued at over £2 million. These partnerships underline Microlise’s commitment to delivering advanced transport technology solutions tailored to the evolving needs of their clients.
Goldstar Heathrow, a notable haulage and warehousing provider, has enhanced its long-standing relationship with Microlise through a new five-year contract. This agreement will integrate Microlise’s suite of solutions across Goldstar’s entire fleet of 170 vehicles, which includes vans. The implementation will feature products such as Journey Management, TruAnalysis, TruLicence, TruChecks, TruFleet, and TruWorkshop alongside the existing Fleet Performance and Real-Time Data (RTD) solution. This development is aimed at streamlining operations and boosting efficiency in compliance, driver debrief processes, and overall operational management. Impressively, Goldstar is pioneering in adopting Microlise’s Transport Management System simultaneously with other Microlise applications acquired with ESS and Trutac.
With One Stop, a retailer operating over 1,000 convenience stores in England and Wales and a subsidiary of Tesco, Microlise has secured another five-year contract. This partnership not only highlights the value that Microlise’s technology brings to the Tesco Group but also represents a step forward in enhancing One Stop’s logistics operations through improved efficiency, sustainability, and customer service. Anticipated benefits include a significant reduction in CO2 emissions each year.
Microlise’s contract with Romac, which specialises in temperature-controlled transport and warehouse solutions, will see its comprehensive end-to-end Transport Management System (TMS) integrated with Romac’s warehouse management processes. This five-year deal is expected to support Romac’s rapid expansion, maintaining efficiency across its 11 depots nationwide.
