Hawaiian Airlines, Inc., a subsidiary of Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: HA) has reported it welcomed 1,078,199 passengers in July 2019, a decrease of (1.9)%, compared to 1,099,009 in July 2018, the company said.
Year-to-date passenger traffic in 2019 was 6,859,397, compared to 7,008,877
million in the same period of 2018, a decrease of (2.1)%.
Revenue passenger miles (RPMs) for July 2019 were 1,587,380, a 2.2% increase compared to 1,552,545 in July 2018. Year-to-date RPMs in 2019 were 10,207,839, compared to 9,916,505 in the same period of 2018, an increase of 2.9%.
Capacity (ASKs) in July 2019 was 1,777,180, compared to 1,775,925 in July 2018, an increase of 0.1%.Year-to-date ASKs in 2019 were 11,786,778, compared to 11,527,449 in the same period of 2018, an increase of 2.2%.
July 2019 load factor was 89.3%, compared to 87.4% in July 2018, an increase of 1.9 p.p. Year-to-date load factor in 2019 was 86.6%, compared to 86.0% in the same period of 2018, an increase of 0.6 pts.
