An Everyman Media AIM delisting moved closer on Tuesday after Pageant Investments disclosed a 7.24% stake in the cinema group, days after Everyman’s board said it likely intends to put a delisting proposal to shareholders. The TR-1 filing by Pageant Investments was submitted to Everyman Media Group (LON: EMAN) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) on 17 August 2026, with the stake held directly through shares.
Everyman’s board stated in a corporate and trading update on 15 June 2026 that, based on shareholder views, it believes a delisting from AIM is the likely outcome. Substantial director shareholders already account for 45.6% of the company. EMAN shares recovered 6.48% to 57.5p.
Everyman Media AIM Delisting: Shifting Shareholder Register
The Pageant Investments stake arrives as other institutions have been trimming positions. Otus Capital Management reduced its holding in Everyman Media to 4.21% from 5.02%, crossing the reporting threshold on 10 December 2025, according to Investing.com. Otus Capital Management L.P., Otus Capital Management Ltd, and Andrew Gibbs together hold 3,839,040 voting rights out of a total 91,180,760.
Shield Therapeutics Narrows Loss Despite Medicaid Setback
Iron deficiency treatment developer Shield Therapeutics (LON: STX) reported first-half revenues of $30.4m, up 42% from $21.5m in H1 2025, per its interim results on the London Stock Exchange. A $7.9m milestone payment from China supported the top line.
Medicaid prescription approvals fell 95% following changes to authorisation requirements. Despite that, the company generated cash in the period and still expects operating profitability in 2026. The net loss narrowed 76% year-on-year to $2.25m, according to Simply Wall St. The share price rose 11.45% to 4.9p.
Talisman Metals Places Shares to Fund Morocco Copper Work
Talisman Metals (LON: TLM) raised £501,800 by issuing 7,168,570 new shares at 7p each, a 9.37% premium, taking total shares in issue to 71,343,488, per its RNS filing. The proceeds will fund exploration at two Morocco copper projects.
The Tirzzit Copper Project covers two mining licences spanning 16.5km² east of Agadir, acquired from Aya Silver & Gold for $21,872. Aya retains a 4.7% stake in Talisman. At the Fougnar Copper-Silver project, a high-resolution electromagnetic survey and two trenches have revealed visible copper mineralisation. TLM shares gained 16.7% to 7p.

Itaconix (LON: ITX) rose 11% to 191.5p ahead of interim results due 8 September. The shares are up 78% so far this year.
Sunrise Resources (LON: SRES) gained 13.5% to 0.021p after positive phase III sample evaluation at the Pioche Sepiolite project in Nevada, with additional sepiolite horizons found. Test mining locations have been identified.
TAP Global (LON: TAP) rose 4.55% to 1.15p after the digital finance hub operator said it performed ahead of expectations in 2025-26. Revenues reached £3m last year against a £700,000 loss; the company forecasts an £82,000 pre-tax profit on revenues of £3.7m for 2026-27.
Fallers
Robinson (LON: RBN) fell 5.66% to 125p after underlying operating profit more than halved to £900,000 in the first half, with underlying pre-tax profit slumping from £1.71m to £587,000. Net debt stood at £6.4m at the end of June 2026. Full-year pre-tax profit forecasts have been cut to around £1.5m.
Potter & Moore (LON: PAM) slipped 8.33% to 22p. The cosmetics supplier said first-quarter trading remained challenging, with revenues and gross margins slightly lower, and expects a second-half weighting. Cash was £4.1m at the end of July 2026.
Comptoir Group (LON: COM) dropped 8.18% to 5.05p. The Lebanese restaurant operator reported a small fall in like-for-like interim revenues and a loss that doubled to £200,000. Net cash was £1.6m at the end of June 2026.
Rome Resources (LON: RMR) declined 7.94% to 0.29p. Modelling has identified two new mineralised zones at the Kalayi tind deposit, and surface sampling at the New Brunswick tin tungsten indium project in Canada has been encouraging.
