The development, situated at Silver Hill in Hampton, comprises 80 apartments curated specifically for later living needs. With a mix of 32 one-bedroom and 48 two-bedroom units, the development aims to cater to a broad spectrum of residents seeking enhanced living environments.
The project promises more than just living spaces. It includes communal areas, a lounge for residents, health and wellness suites, as well as guest accommodation. Significantly, it offers 45 parking spaces, enhancing the convenience for residents and visitors alike. Further cementing its commitment to sustainable living, the development integrates energy-saving measures, notably an air source heat pump, alongside underfloor heating and hot water cylinders, ensuring a commitment to environmental consciousness.
Expected to be ready for its inaugural residents by December 2025, this project is not just a construction milestone but a herald of Deeley’s growth trajectory, positioning it firmly within the healthcare and housing sectors.
