One Stop, a convenience retailer, has revitalised its grocery range by introducing new products across its biscuits, cereals, and beverages categories. This decision marks a significant shift towards accommodating health-conscious consumers, responding to an increasing demand for convenient yet healthier food options. As part of this transformation, the store now offers a variety of new lines, including Oatly Oat Drink, Go Ahead Fruit Slices Apple, Quaker Apple & Blueberry Porridge Pot, and Belvita Soft Baked Choc Chips. This initiative is directed at providing “healthier breakfast and snacking products,” according to the head of products, Henry Maulik, who emphasised the importance of meeting customers’ evolving needs.
In an effort to capture the interest of younger demographics, One Stop has also launched trend-setting beverages such as Bubbleology Passion Fruit Bubble Tea and Fuel10k Chocolate Breakfast Drink. This strategic move is designed to align with current consumer trends and preferences, making the store’s offerings more appealing and relevant to today’s market.
The retailer’s cereal selection is undergoing an upgrade with the introduction of Kellogg’s Fruit n Fibre, Nestle Cheerios Honey, Kellogg’s Coco Pops Chocos, and Weetabix Chocolate 24’s. Maulik noted, “To support the customer mission, we reviewed how we merchandised our cereals.” The focus here is on improving customer accessibility and enhancing the availability of on-the-go breakfast items, reflecting a broader strategy to improve customer satisfaction and convenience.
Additionally, the store’s hot drinks section now features new products such as Nescafe Original three in one sachets, Nescafe Quality Street Green Triangle Mocha sachets, and Cadbury Instant Hot Chocolate. This development signifies the latest iteration in the store’s series of product range upgrades, which have included significant expansions in other categories throughout 2024. In April, One Stop added 39 fresh food items, followed by 16 new bakery lines in May, and an enhanced alcohol selection in June featuring 38 new lines.
In September, the store further enriched its confectionery offerings with the introduction of 43 new lines. These comprehensive updates reflect One Stop’s ongoing commitment to diversifying its product range and enhancing the customer shopping experience across various categories.
These strategic product range enhancements underscore One Stop’s commitment to aligning with consumer trends and improving customer satisfaction.
