Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ: CMTL) has announced that during the second quarter of fiscal 2020, its Santa Clara, California-based subsidiary, Comtech Xicom Technology, Inc., which is part of Comtech´s Commercial Solutions segment, received a USD 1.3 million follow-on order from a domestic integrator for Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers (“TWTAs”) for a US Government Satellite Communications application, the company said.
The Ka-band TWTAs ordered for this challenging Army application are part of Comtech Xicom Technology´s industry-leading high efficiency TWTA product line and will be delivered in 2020.
