The historic Belgravia Garage, which has functioned for about 200 years, is poised for transformation. The redevelopment has been thoughtfully designed by Leconfield Property Group alongside architectural firm MSMR, retaining the iconic Georgian façade and integrating modern elements such as a new mansard roof. This roof will enable five of the six planned mews houses to reach three storeys, blending traditional and contemporary aesthetics seamlessly.
Each of the six houses will range approximately 200 sqm, featuring five three-bedroom homes and one two-bedroom home, all equipped with private gardens—a highly coveted feature in Belgravia. This design choice signifies the developer’s commitment to maintaining the area’s architectural charm while also addressing modern housing needs.
