Triumph Aviation Services Asia, Ltd. has announced it has been selected by Asiana Airlines Inc. to provide CF6-80C2 thrust reverser maintenance support and services for its fleet of Boeing 747-400 and 767-300, the company said.
Triumph Aviation Services Asia is an operating company of Triumph Product Support.
Under the new agreement, the Chonburi, Thailand-based Triumph facility will provide full maintenance and engineering capability, supply chain management and asset management support under an Integrate-Capability-Enhanced Program (ICEP).
Triumph Aviation Services Asia, a subsidiary of Triumph Group, Inc. (NYSE: TGI), repairs and overhauls a wide range of complex aircraft structures and components such as engine nacelles, flight control surfaces and various aircraft accessories.
