The Air France–KLM Group has announced a firm order for 10 additional widebody A350-900s, which will take its total order for the type to 38 aircraft, the company said.
Offering a 25 percent reduction in fuel consumption compared to previous generation aircraft, the Airbus A350-900 is a jewel of European expertise and a passenger favorite. By acquiring the industry´s most efficient and technologically advanced widebody aircraft, the airline will benefit from a significant reduction in fuel burn and CO2 emissions. The A350s are intended to be operated by Air France.
