SocialChain, a leader in social-first strategy and influencer marketing, has announced the appointment of Jacinta Faul as its new CEO. Faul brings with her a wealth of experience from Gravity Road, an agency where she spent a decade, significantly contributing to its growth and innovation.
During her time as Managing Director at Gravity Road since 2019, Faul successfully secured several high-profile clients, such as Amazon Fashion, Footlocker Europe, and Smart Energy UK. Her leadership was instrumental in the agency being recognised with multiple digital innovation awards, solidifying its reputation as a frontrunner in creative marketing solutions.
Preceding her accomplishments at Gravity Road, Faul held significant account management roles at both the Engine Group and Four Communications. There, she managed major clients including Sky, Samsung, Renault, and Unilever, gaining extensive experience in handling diverse marketing needs across industries.
As she steps into her role at SocialChain, Faul replaces Pete Metcalfe, who departed to join The Hut Group as Chief Marketing Officer for their beauty brands. Her predecessor’s tenure was marked by the launch of SocialChain’s creator model, setting a solid foundation for Faul to build upon.
Faul, along with SocialChain’s senior leadership team, which includes key figures such as Ric Hayes and Tom Bellamy, is tasked with expanding the firm’s capabilities. This expansion aligns with the current demand for integrated, platform-native creative solutions.
Her appointment comes with the expectation that Faul will leverage her experience to navigate the complexities of modern media, marketing, and commerce technology, areas where SocialChain aims to provide comprehensive digital solutions.
Oliver Green, Executive Chairman at Brave Bison, commends Faul’s leadership capabilities, citing her record of delivering impressive results within social-first enterprises as a significant asset for SocialChain’s future growth.
Jacinta Faul’s appointment as CEO is poised to lead SocialChain into its next phase of transformative growth and innovation.
