Originally constructed in the 1850s, this site on Ellesmere Street in Castlefield is being transformed into a vibrant residential complex. A new adjoining 10-storey apartment block will offer additional living spaces, creating a total of 190 apartments available for rent. The main contractor, CR Construction, is spearheading the development, ensuring that the integration of the old with the new is seamless and respectful of the site’s heritage.
