The new facility is equipped with six drive-through truck maintenance bays and nine light vehicle maintenance bays, providing comprehensive service capabilities to meet diverse customer needs.
For the first time, the facility will extend its services to Mercedes-Benz passenger car customers in Dungannon, marking an important development in MBNI’s service repertoire. According to Pauline McKeating, the group chief executive of MBNI, the facility embodies a superior standard of services and facilities that align with the company’s esteemed reputation.
The facility is more than just a service centre; it also boasts an extensive parts warehouse, new electric vehicle infrastructure, and dedicated office space for MBNI’s rental division, RentaMerc. Situated conveniently off the motorway, adjacent to the M1 service area, the premises are designed to offer maximum convenience to customers.
In support of the new facility’s operations, MBNI is undertaking a recruitment drive to fill 20 new positions. These roles span a variety of expertise, including car and commercial vehicle technicians, service advisors, parts advisors, and administrative staff. McKeating notes that the company seeks ‘the very best people to represent our company ethos’, underscoring the high standards and growth that MBNI aims to uphold.
