PMS Mortgage Club and Bankhall, subsidiaries of the Sesame Bankhall Group, have extended their strategic collaboration with Acre, an intermediary platform, to design tailored technological solutions for directly authorised (DA) advisers. This strategic partnership seeks to streamline workflows, alleviate administrative burdens, and enhance business management capabilities for advisers, promoting efficiency within the financial services sector.
Acre’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform offers a range of functionalities. These include mortgage and protection sourcing, instantaneous online identification verification, credit checking, document uploading, and a unique feature that facilitates integrated 24/7 appointment booking. These tools are crafted to support DA advisers in managing their business operations more effectively.
The recent integration with Bankhall now allows advisers to conduct file reviews and compliance checks within a singular system, thereby enhancing the efficiency of regulatory and operational processes. This move is anticipated to lead to the development of exclusive product solutions and services throughout this year, further benefiting the financial services community.
Richard Harrison, CEO of Sesame Bankhall Group, highlighted the initiative’s importance in crafting adviser-driven tools. He stated, “As part of our commitment, we need to constantly evaluate and develop the very best adviser-led tools, technology, and services for the DA market. Through this new strategic partnership and strengthened proposition with Acre, we believe we can achieve our aim by offering advisers an integrated platform that gives them a one-stop shop for all their mortgage and protection business.”
Further underscoring the partnership’s potential, Justus Brown, CEO and Founder of Acre, remarked on the significant progress made since the collaboration’s inception. “We have made huge strides since the start of our partnership, and PMS has been a key part of the journey,” Brown commented. “A closer strategic partnership with PMS and Bankhall means we can combine our tech with their unique services and market knowledge to build solutions that brokers want and need.”
This strategic collaboration is poised to enhance the efficiency and scope of services available to directly authorised advisers, fostering innovation and better business management.
