Virgin Voyages is set to enhance its offerings with the introduction of the Resilient Lady, a new ship that will commence its maiden voyage this May. This initiative aims to deliver an exceptional cruise experience, starting from the moment guests board the ship. The Resilient Lady is part of an effort to elevate various aspects of cruising, including dining, entertainment, and accommodations.
Among the anticipated itineraries are the seven-night Adriatic Sea & Greek Gems cruise, which provides travellers the opportunity to explore breathtaking locations along the Adriatic Sea. This includes Croatia’s picturesque coastline and the famed islands of Greece, culminating in a visit to a bay in the Balkans. Notably, the cruise includes a late-night stay in Dubrovnik, allowing ample time to experience both the area’s daytime charm and its animated nightlife.
Equally enticing is the Greek Island Glow cruise, extending over seven nights from Athens to the enchanting Greek Isles in the Mediterranean. This journey offers an overnight stay in Mykonos, a destination celebrated for its unique charm and vibrant nightlife, providing guests with the chance to participate in local festivities or unwind at a beach club.
In keeping with its innovative approach, Virgin Voyages has also introduced a Celebrations concept, aiming to add a touch of magic to special occasions celebrated aboard. The ‘A Splash for Your Bash’ package allows for customisation of the cruising experience, featuring a bottomless brunch event and a dinner party complete with curated beverages and desserts. Guests will enjoy an upgrade to Moët & Chandon, complemented by a VIP party-planning concierge and specialised chef-curated menus. This package is available from April onwards.
