Workiva (NYSE: WK) has reported that Hawaiian Airlines expanded its use of Wdesk across the company, including managing internal controls over financial reporting as required by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), the company said.
The airline said its former process relied on a manual process including collecting data via email from the company´s business process owners. With Wdesk, the airline linked its SOX risk-control matrix, process narratives and flowcharts, which streamlined how they manage, monitor and test internal controls. The platform also helps Hawaiian maintain data integrity and process consistency.
Workiva is the creator of the Wdesk cloud-based productivity platform for enterprises that collects, links, reports and analyzes business data with control and accountability.
