The renewed contract stipulates that Wincanton will continue to oversee logistics from its extensive 340,000 square foot regional distribution centre situated in Wellingborough. This facility will play a crucial role in replenishing 350 Co-op stores located throughout the Midlands, South East, and East of England, ensuring the streamlined movement of goods.
In terms of volume, Wincanton is tasked with the delivery of over 750,000 cases of goods per week, encompassing chilled, ambient, and frozen products.
