With this purchase, Vecima now owns all of Falcon V’s outstanding shares, including its technology, intellectual property, and the proficient team behind its success.
This strategic acquisition will see Falcon V’s innovative software integrated into Vecima’s Entra Cloud™ portfolio. The integration is expected to support a seamless convergence of cable, fibre, and mobile service networks, thus facilitating a transformative shift in network capabilities through automated tools and comprehensive testing.
