In a strategic move to leverage its outstanding momentum generated by record sales, Travel Counsellors has unveiled a refreshed brand identity. This update is a product of extensive market research, gathering valuable insights from travel agents, customers, and clients. The main objective is to bolster connections with clients and support the ambitions of Travel Counsellors’ network of travel entrepreneurs.
Central to the revamped brand is a new logo characterised by a vibrant cherry hue, incorporating cherry blossom imagery. This visual element is symbolic of renewal and new beginnings, resonating with the ethos of community, togetherness, and care that Travel Counsellors embodies. The refreshed identity aims to visually communicate these core values more effectively to both staff and clients.
The comprehensive rebrand has been meticulously rolled out across multiple platforms, including the company’s website, social media channels, and marketing collateral, in addition to being integrated into their myTC app. The myTC app, which empowers customers to personalise their booking journey, now features this contemporary branding, underlining a consistent identity across all user touchpoints.
In collaboration with Lucky Beard, a global design and advisory firm, Travel Counsellors seeks to energise both its business operations and customer experiences. Customer Director Dave Callan stated, ‘This rebrand will allow the whole business to reset, re-energise and refresh. It aligns with what makes our business so special, focusing on the difference we make for everyone involved.’
The refreshed brand identity of Travel Counsellors emphasises a renewed focus on community and client engagement.
