Ed Wootton, who was previously with Galliford Try, has assumed the role of managing director at the Leeds-based firm. His leadership is instrumental in implementing business improvement plans, which have already resulted in the company focusing on securing a record order book.
The recent appointments of Richard Potts and Priesh Soni as regional directors mark a pivotal moment for Torsion Construction. Potts brings over 30 years of industry experience, most recently serving as an area director at Morgan Sindall Construction, enhancing Torsion’s expertise in the northern region. Meanwhile, Soni, who has been with Torsion since 2020, progresses from his role as a commercial director to oversee operations in the midlands, leveraging his extensive experience with firms like MCS Build and Willmott Dixon.
