Wake Smith Solicitors has announced the appointment of Tom Goff as its new head of corporate. With a background in corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and venture capital, Goff joins the firm with significant expertise. He has been pivotal in advising entrepreneurs, founders, investors, and corporations across a wide array of corporate transactions. His experience spans from initial venture investments through to strategic exits.
Tom Goff is no stranger to high-stakes environments, having served as a senior investment manager at the British Business Bank, focusing specifically on high-tech investments within the aerospace and defence sectors. His return to Sheffield marks a commitment to leverage his vast experience for the benefit of Wake Smith, as well as the greater Sheffield city region.
