Supersonic, an emerging agency established in Leeds, has made strategic additions to its leadership team, further strengthening its position in the industry. The agency has welcomed Perry Smith as Design Director and Alicia Chadwick as Senior Producer, both bringing extensive industry experience to their new roles.
Perry Smith, formerly associated with IMA-HOME and Propaganda, is now at the helm of the design department at Supersonic. His prior engagements have equipped him with a diverse skill set, making him an invaluable asset to the agency as it seeks to deliver creative and impactful solutions for its clients.
Alicia Chadwick, who also has a background with IMA-HOME as well as Brawl, steps into the role of Senior Producer. Her proven track record and extensive experience in production make her an excellent fit for Supersonic’s dynamic team.
Ben Bateson, a co-founder of Supersonic, reflects on these appointments, noting, “We’re a deliberately small team, so we need to make sure we have the best people in every position to do the best work.” His statement reflects the agency’s approach to growth, focusing on quality over quantity in its team building.
Since its inception just a year ago, Supersonic, founded by Don McGrath, Ben Bateson, Cat Cronin, and Brad Hill, has been client-oriented, working with reputable clients such as Stagecoach, William Hill, Dusk, De Vere, and Travelopia. This expansion with Perry and Alicia is in line with its commitment to providing high-calibre service while staying true to its motto of being, as Bateson describes, “smaller, faster, stronger.”
Supersonic’s new appointments solidify its commitment to high-quality service and growth, promising an exciting future ahead.
