Not Just Travel, a prominent homeworking brand, is poised to invest ‘many millions’ in a bid to bolster training, support, and technological advancement for its consultants. This commitment was announced at a recent Platinum Get-Together event on board Virgin Voyages’ Scarlet Lady. Over 130 top consultants were honoured for their achievements during this gathering.
Paul Harrison, the co-founder, highlighted the company’s groundbreaking initiatives which far exceed those of any contemporaries in the travel, franchising, or broader business sectors. Harrison asserted, “No-one is investing in their members like we are; no-one takes so many consultants on incredible trips, invests more in training or develops such cutting edge technology.”
The cruise journey embarked from Barcelona and visited Toulon, Marina De Carrara, Rome, and Ibiza between 8-15 September. Furthermore, the event comprised sixteen business strategy sessions, VIP networking opportunities, and bespoke shoreside activities orchestrated by Virgin Voyages.
Attendees participated in fireside-style discussions and media strategy training sessions led by distinguished figures such as TV broadcaster Eamonn Holmes OBE and brand ambassadors including Olympic champion Daley Thompson CBE and TV presenter Hayley Sparkes. Paul Harrison noted, “This event enables us to have mature conversations with established consultants who want to elevate their businesses further.”
Consultant Agata Wiencis, who joined Not Just Travel as its first consultant in March 2010, expressed her admiration for the company’s continuous evolution. She stated, “This event has been a supercharger for my company; it ensures we are focussed, efficient and further improves on the exceptional service we provide to our clients.”
Moreover, the company reported a significant rise in cruise sales earlier this year, citing a 64% increase in revenue and a 25% uptick in bookings for holidays-at-sea in January, demonstrating the effective impact of their strategic initiatives.
The commitment of Not Just Travel to invest heavily in its consultants underscores its forward-thinking approach and dedication to sustained excellence.
