The judging panel, led by chair Hannah Daniel, expressed admiration for the ambition and dedication visible in this year’s entries. Joanne Vaughan of Robertson Baxter earned ‘Director of the Year’ owing to her leadership in fostering talent and diversity. Her approach combined philanthropic efforts with clear communication and client-focused strategies, setting a benchmark for others in the field. ‘Employer of the Year’, Progeny, was celebrated for its employee-centric initiatives, such as exam funding and flexible benefits, alongside significant community involvement.
Robertson Baxter’s team was also honoured as the ‘Financial Adviser Team of the Year’, reflecting their comprehensive service range and strong provider relationships. Their excellence in leveraging technology and maintaining customer satisfaction was particularly noted. In the fintech field, Lenvi stood out with its AI-driven platform, earning ‘Fintech Initiative of the Year’ by addressing both lender and borrower needs effectively.
