This expansion will take place across two new units, complementing the 140,000 sq ft facility that was completed in June. The previously completed unit is already occupied by Ipeco Holdings, significantly boosting its manufacturing space.
Ipeco Holdings, a leader in aircraft seating manufacturing, now occupies more than double its initial space at the park. This expansion occurs less than two years after initially moving into a custom-built 124,000 sq ft facility. The additional units are to be offered to potential occupants on a design and build basis, catering to specific requirements.
The Airport Business Park Southend (ABPS) is a 52-acre development situated in Essex, brought to life through a partnership between Henry Boot Developments and the Southend-on-Sea City Council.
