Silversea has effectively expanded its executive team by appointing Martin Froggatt as the new vice-president of global tour operations. Froggatt, who transitions from Abercrombie & Kent, is tasked with advancing Silversea’s land-based services, encompassing both pre-and post-cruise experiences as well as overland and shore excursions.

His prior accomplishments at A&K were notable for the development of the destination management company sector, which involved extensive international expansion and the introduction of innovative products that set industry benchmarks.
By integrating his vast experience, including roles at Tui, Travelopia, and Disney where he managed educational, events, and expedition portfolios, Froggatt is poised to bring a transformative approach to Silversea’s land operations. His strategic input was pivotal in overseeing several mergers and acquisitions at Travelopia, including its sale to private equity.
